Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup water 💧
- 1/4 teaspoon salt 🧂
- 2 tablespoons melted butter 🧈
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, whisk the flour with the eggs until well combined.
2. Slowly pour in the milk and water while stirring continuously until the mixture is smooth.
3. Add the salt and melted butter, then beat the batter until fully blended.
4. Heat a lightly greased non-stick pan over medium heat.
5. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan. Immediately tilt and rotate the pan in a circular motion to spread the batter evenly.
6. Cook each crepe for around 2 minutes, or until the bottom becomes lightly golden. Flip it gently and cook the other side.
7. Serve warm with your favorite sweet or savory toppings.
