1. Creamy Chicken Noodles 😋
Ingredients:
- For the pasta: 1 pack (500g) of noodles
- For the sauce: 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 3 cups cooked shredded chicken, 1 chicken bouillon cube, 2 cans tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste
- Topping: 100g mozzarella, 50g provolone, 50g parmesan (all grated)
Instructions:
- Boil noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil, sauté onion, then add tomatoes and chicken. Stir in bouillon cube and tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 mins. Season.
- Mix pasta with sauce in a baking dish, top with cheeses.
- Bake until cheese is melted. Serve hot. Bon appétit!
2. Noodles with Meatballs in Sugo Sauce 🍝
Ingredients:
- For the sauce: 3 crushed garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion, 1 can peeled tomatoes, 1 packet tomato sauce, water, 1 tsp sugar, salt, chimichurri, oregano, basil, pepper, olive oil, olives (optional)
- For the pasta: 400g noodles, water & salt
Instructions:
- Sauté garlic & onion in olive oil. Add tomatoes, seasonings & sugar. Simmer 5 mins.
- Add meatballs, tomato sauce & water. Simmer for 10 mins.
- Boil noodles in salted water. Drain.
- Add noodles to sauce, stir well, simmer 5 mins. Garnish with basil & olives.
3. Creamy Pasta with Beef and Mozzarella Cheese
Ingredients:
- 300g cubed beef, 400g pasta, 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1 onion (chopped), salt, pepper, 2 cups tomato sauce, 200g grated mozzarella, olive oil
Instructions:
- Season beef with salt & pepper. Set aside.
- Boil pasta until al dente. Drain.
- Sauté garlic & onion in olive oil. Add tomato sauce and bring to simmer. Season.
- Add pasta and mozzarella, mix until cheese melts. Add beef and combine. Serve hot.
4. Baked Pasta with Ground Beef and Mozzarella 🧀🍝
Ingredients:
- 500g ground beef, 500g pasta, 3 minced garlic cloves, 1 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 2 cans tomato paste, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, seasonings (oregano, pepper, cumin), fresh herbs, 200g grated mozzarella
Instructions:
- Sauté garlic & onion in olive oil. Add ground beef & spices. Cook until browned.
- Add tomatoes, paste, sugar, and herbs. Simmer 20 mins.
- Boil pasta. Drain and combine with sauce in baking dish.
- Top with mozzarella and bake at 180°C (350°F) until bubbly. Serve hot.
