🧄 Ingredients:

  • 250g penne pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups tomato sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to tast

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • 1 Parmesan crisp or seasoned toasted bread slice (optional)
  • 👨‍🍳 Instructions:

    1. Boil water in a large pot with a pinch of salt. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
    2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano (if using). Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked. Slice into thin strips.
    3. In a separate pan, heat the remaining olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
